Sacred Poetry
Lamorna Feb. 2007
Silence, exquisite and potent
embracing stillness with intent.
The full moon’s brightness pales,
as night’s eerie light fades
Then suddenly a leaf trembles
A flower shakes, reassembles

There appears the softest sweet note
A tiny bird opens its throat
A lively chorus answers it’s call
Wake up, sing his glory –one and all
The night sky breathes out lanquer
Surya arrives with grandeur
A plentive bird intervenes with OHM
the brook turning red on his way home
A dark leafed bush now glows golden red
A „red bellied“ seagull soars overhead
Beauty goes, birdsong fades, light changes
Silence.....exquisite silence never ages
Silence, exquisite and potent
embracing stillness with intent.
The full moon’s brightness pales,
as night’s eerie light fades
Then suddenly a leaf trembles
A flower shakes, reassembles

There appears the softest sweet note
A tiny bird opens its throat
A lively chorus answers it’s call
Wake up, sing his glory –one and all
The night sky breathes out lanquer
Surya arrives with grandeur
A plentive bird intervenes with OHM
the brook turning red on his way home
A dark leafed bush now glows golden red
A „red bellied“ seagull soars overhead
Beauty goes, birdsong fades, light changes
Silence.....exquisite silence never ages
